Wide Wale Corduroy Hat Royal

Corduroy is a style in itself, with a timeless quality that defies trends. For us, when it comes to cord, the wide wale (thicker pile) is critical, and our latest line of cord hats makes that preference clear. In order to get the good stuff, we went to UK, specifically the Northern UK, where Brisbane Moss of Lancashire has been weaving fat corduroy from 100% cotton for a couple centuries now. 

Due to the thickness and stability of this fabric, we were able build these with our favourite 5 panel pattern, wtihout having to use any structured backing. We added brass grommets to the side panels for ventilation, as these hats are best for the high elevations, coast, and of course the shoulder & Winter seasons. Our unique "22" closure and self strap set up gives these another layer of class with ease of adjustment. These are a fairly deep fitting hat, best for a medium-XXL head.

Like our raw denim trucker hat, this hats is one that will definitely build character as it ages, with its color fading and becoming more variated over time. And did we mention how plush these are? Classic material...Made in The USA.
